  • We do not collect more data than is necessary to provide the requested services.

  • Personal data (name, phone number, address, photos sent on WhatsApp or email) are used only for communication and scheduling.

  • We do not share this data with other people or companies without your consent.

  • You can request the deletion of your data from our records at any time.

🔹 2. Pricing policy and transparency

  • All rates are communicated before the work begins .

  • We do not charge hidden or additional costs without informing the client.

  • In unforeseen cases (defective parts, additional work), we discuss and confirm together the optimal solution.

🔹 3. Appointment and cancellation policy

  • Appointments are made by phone or WhatsApp.

  • If a rescheduling is necessary, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In case of delay, the customer is informed immediately.

  • We reserve the right to refuse collaboration in case of inappropriate behavior or lack of respect towards staff.

🔹 4. Warranty Policy

  • All work performed benefits from a warranty, according to the type of service provided.

  • During the warranty period, we fix any problem that arises as a result of our execution, free of charge.

  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or subsequent interventions carried out by third parties.

  • We only use materials and equipment that comply with current standards.

  • We comply with safety and labor protection regulations on every job.

  • Our goal is to provide safe, sustainable and clean services.
